Over the years, we've seen some pretty bad layouts. Some of these are home-owner installs, and some, unfortunately, were done by so-called pros. 

There is way more to irrigation design than one would think. Underground sprinklers don't operate the same as above ground sprinklers. Starting with the source pressure, source size, type, and volume, and once you take friction loss into consideration, only then can one can determine the volume available for each zone, and how many heads can then be added, and still get proper coverage. 

What type of zone is it? Will it be watering flowers, or grass? Is it a drip zone? What about micro-climates? Should it's running time be the same as another area of the same type of heads? Is it on a slope or flat area? What are the soil conditions? 

There are many questions that need to be addressed before a comprehensive plan can be made. We'll come to your house, evaluate your needs, develop a plan, and flag the yard so you know exactly where to place the heads, starting at $249.00 for up to 6 zones. If you need more help, we can arrange it for an additional charge of $65.00/hr.
